Flow cytometric analysis of CD69 expressed on stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Human PBMC were stimulated for 24 hours with phytohemagglutinin. Cells were then stained with either a BD Horizon™ BV605 Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype control (Cat. No. 562652; dashed line histogram) or with the BD Horizon™ BV605 Mouse Anti-Human CD69 antibody (Cat. No. 562989; solid line histogram). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable activated lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed using a BD™ LSR II Flow Cytometer System.
