Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® 50% suspension is coupled to the high affinity ligand Strep-Tactin®XT and can be used for the purification of Strep-tag®II and Twin-Strep-tag® proteins. The resin offers outstanding target purity (>95%), a high binding affinity and a low agarose concentration. It is recommended for use with all protein classes, especially low abundant or challenging proteins. For proteins with an increased affinity, like those with multiple tags or multimers, we recommend using a Strep-Tactin® resin. The suspension format allows the packing of custom gravity flow columns. For a 1 ml resin bed volume, use 2 ml 50 % suspension. A great pressure stability enables the use of Strep-Tactin®XT 4Flow® in FPLC setups.
