Nuwacell® Blebbistatin（RP01008）是广泛应用的非肌肉肌球蛋白II型ATP酶抑制剂。Blebbistatin作用于ROCK-myosinII信号通路，可以阻止多功能干细胞因分离导致的凋亡，在不影响hPSC的自我更新或者多潜能特性的前提下改善分离的hPSC的存活率和克隆效率。
