Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified sheep IgG. There is 100% cross-reactivity with goat IgG when tested by ELISA. It is suitable as a source of peroxidase conjugated antibodies to sheep IgG.
