Product Overview

The Cell Line NucleofectorTM Kit T is one of our five NucleofectorTM Kits suited for transfecting cell lines in the NucleofectorTM 2b Device. This kit has been determined to be optimal for transfecting following cell types:

The respective cell type-specific Optimized Protocol or recommendation is available under "Instructions" or in our knowledge database. In this Optimized Protocol the best Nucleofection conditions are indicated. In addition, we share our experience and knowledge for treatment of this cell type.

The kit is available in different variants for either 10 or 25 or 4 x 25 reactions.
